Store Policies

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).


Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.


Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.

Please email us at Shipping@VestMotorcycleShop.com for shipping quotes for any of the following:

  • If your interested in 2nd day air or 3 day select shipping via UPS.
  • For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
  • Shipping to APO/FPO's via UPSP (no tracking available for these shipments).

There may be additional shipping charges for the above options.

Please provide the item(s) your interested in and FULL ship to address.

Order Tracking.  You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.


Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.


Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department at Support@VestMotorcycleShop.com for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions.


Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your order any time up until the order has shipped.

Return/Exchange Merchandise Policy.  No refunds.  Exchange only.  We will give one exchange per item.  Additional shipping and handling fee will be charged.  Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

You have 5 business days from customer receipt of merchandise to receive exchange.  Please print and complete our exchange form.  The merchandise and exchange form must be shipped to us within 5 business days to:

Exchange items must be returned with:
  • All original contents (product with tags still attached, manuals, instructions, bags, etc.)
  • Original packaging; please feel free to use a new shipping box.
  • Original invoice, sales receipt or order confirmation.
Please email us at ExchangeDepartment@VestMotorcycleShop.com to advise us of the return. 

If you received a different product than initially purchased, please email us at Support@VestMotorcycleshop.com.  The item must also be returned with the following:  

  • All original contents (product with tags still attached, manuals, instructions, bags, etc.).
  • Original packaging; please feel free to use a new shipping box. 
  • Original invoice, sales receipt or order confirmation.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
